What is Hypno-Kinesiology?
Hypno-Kinesiology is a powerful integrative healing modality. Kinesiology finds the blockage, energy psycology balances it out and hypnosis overwrites the self-defeating script.
This method allows practitioners, like myself, to bypass the conscious mind and directly identify the root causes of emotional, physical, and behavioral imbalances stored in the body-mind system in the form of blocked energy.
Through gentle energy monitoring, the practitioner can pinpoint times of unresolved stress relating to limiting beliefs, or past trauma with out the person having to relive what originally happened.
Then an energy clearing method is used to release the charge causing the imbalance to the system.
Finally, hypnosis is used to guide the client into a deeply relaxed, receptive state where healing suggestions can be effectively anchored.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, Hypno-Kinesiology works with the body’s own feedback system and so each session is tailored to the individual’s needs, making it a truly holistic and client-led approach.
It can be used to address a wide range of issues — from chronic pain, anxiety, and self-sabotage, to patterns rooted in early life experiences or inherited family dynamics
